You can browse listings without an account, but to access full features like saving favorites or contacting sellers, an account is necessary.

Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in the required fields with your information and follow the prompts to set up your new account.

After logging in, go to ‘My Profile’ and select ‘Edit Profile’. From there, you can update your personal information, contact details, and preferences.

On the login page, click ‘Forgot Password’ and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive a link to reset your password.

New listings are added daily. Create an account to receive alerts for new properties that meet your search criteria.

As we are not brokers, we do not know when a property is sold or rented. The responsibility for deleting or deactivating a listing rests with the advertiser. In any case, the listings expire periodically and the advertiser has the duty to renew it: if he decides not to do so, the ad is automatically deleted from the site.

Publishing a new listing is easy. Once you’re logged in, click on ‘List Your Property’ and fill out the form with your property details, upload high-quality photos, and submit it for review. Once approved, your listing will go live.

Until January 1st, 2025, all listings will be free of charge. From this date, fees will be applied according to the different user packages and the options they will include. If you want your listing to have more visibility, you can sponsor it for as long as you want for a fee.

Listings remain active on the platform for 30 days. If your property has not sold within that period, you can choose to renew the listing.

Your listing will go live within 24 hours after submission, pending a review process to ensure it meets our platform’s standards.

Yes, you can update your listing at any time. Simply go to ‘My Listings’, select the property you wish to edit, and make the necessary changes.
